However, if you feel that the items you ordered from our online store don’t live up to this promise and if you changed your mind, just send back the unopened or unused item, and we'll help you with the replacement. Once the product reaches us, we will offer a replacement after our team verifies the damaged product and once done, we will process the replacement of the product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that appear to have been opened, tried, or used by worldwide retail industry norms and for the safety of our customers.
If any of the product's packaging, labels, or stickers are missing, we won't accept it back.
Any products you acquire from us that are broken or defective are acceptable for return, and we'll replace the item for you. And in that case, you have to send an image of the product within 24 hours from the time of receiving the order.
All orders, including those containing defective or damaged goods, must be returned within 2 days of the order's receipt.
If the item returned is not in stock for replacement, a refund would be processed from our end.
