REFUND & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

The order will take 3-4 days to reach your doorstep. You can consider the shipping rates shown at the time of checkout to be final.

CASH ON DELIVERY

We will call your mobile number to confirm the order prior to processing your COD order. Any unreachable customer will be emailed for further contact. If we are unable to get in touch with you for 7 working days from the date of your order, it will automatically get cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled on the same day by contacting our customer care team before the order is shipped. If cancelled in time, you will receive a coupon code of the same amount, which can be redeemed on the Wildglow website Lifetime.
Please note: Refunds to bank accounts are not applicable.

REFUND REQUESTS (Before Dispatch)

If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, you must inform us at least 24 hours before dispatch. Refunds will not be issued instead, you will receive a coupon code of the same value, which can be redeemed within Lifetime.

If a customer is unable to accept their Prepaid order due to genuine reasons, we offer a lifetime store voucher of the same value as a goodwill gesture. This voucher can be used on any future purchase from our website. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

DAMAGED PRODUCT 

In case you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with clear video proof showing the unboxing and the damage. Claims without video proof or reported after this period will not be eligible for replacement. Please share an unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of delivery. The video must clearly show the product being unboxed from the original packaging. Once verified we will send a replacement of the same product free of charge. No returns or replacements will be accepted without video proof.

MISSING PRODUCT

If any product is missing from your order, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Unboxing video is mandatory as proof for such claims. Delayed claims or claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted, and the company will not be held responsible.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Our customer service team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns. If you received the product and wish to exchange it for another item, or you received a damaged product, directions are provided below. Only products purchased on www.wildglow.in can be returned. 

• We only accept returns or replacements in case of product damage during shipping or any other genuine case (the final decision regarding the return will be taken by us, once we verify the product ).
• We request you to please reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery of said order.
• Once your returned products are verified by us, the amount of your order will be refunded to you within 7 business days.
